Advertising packages and prices for advertisers who wish to support the 20th International Japanese English Translation (IJET) Conference.

If in doubt, please check today’s exchange rate before deciding what currency to pay in.


There are three ways for you to advertise:
  • IJET-20 Program Booklet (A5 size, black & white, printed)
  • IJET-20 Proceedings (A4 size, full color, PDF distribution)

We have three advertising packages for sponsors:
  • Package 1 (AUD $400 / JPY 40,000) includes:
Half-page advertisement in the IJET-20 Program Booklet
Half-page advertisement in the IJET-20 Proceedings
Your company’s name, link and advertisement on the IJET-20 Website

  • Package 2 (AUD $250 / JPY 25,000) includes:
Half-page advertisement in the IJET-20 Program Booklet
One line (your company’s name and Website) in the IJET-20 Proceedings
Your company’s name, link and advertisement on the IJET-20 Website

  • Package 3 (AUD $100 / JPY 10,000) includes:
One line (your company’s name and Website) in the IJET-20 Program Booklet
One line (your company name and Website) in the IJET-20 Proceedings
Your company’s name, link and advertisement on the IJET-20 Website

Payment:
We accept payments through PayPal or direct bank deposits into our Australian or Japanese bank accounts. Please complete our Web form, and you will be directed to our PayPal payment page. You will also be sent an email with bank account details if you prefer direct deposits.

Notes:
1. Artwork for the IJET-20 Program Booklet and IJET-20 Proceedings must be provided at least 1 month prior to the conference.
2. Your Website advertisement may be in simple text, or as an HTML page with logos and other images. All images should be stored on your own server, with links included in the HTML body.
3. The IJET-20 Organizing Committee accepts no liability for incorrectly displayed company details or as a consequence of display or no display of those details.
4. Formats and details of publications may change without notice.
