How to book accommodation at venue
Conference rates per night:
–$180.00 for single room (includes buffet breakfast for 1 person in LB's Harbourview Restaurant)
–$189.00 for twin share room (includes buffet breakfast for 2 people in LB's Harbourview Restaurant)
Booking procedure:
Contact hotel reservation directly by email (hotel.hv@viewhotels.com.au) or telephone (international calls +61-2-99550499 or Toll Free calls within Australia 1300-785453). When booking, you must advise that you are attending the IJET-20 Conference in February 2009 to get the special accommodation rates.
Notes:
1. Above rates are valid Friday to Sunday of the conference only. Different rates may apply either side of these days.
2. Bookings can be made any time from now.
3. The Saturday of the conference will be Valentine's Day so booking early is advised. This hotel markets to couples on weekends and is expected to fill up quickly.
4. There is a limited number of twin rooms available at this hotel. Most rooms have one queen size bed but can accommodate a rollaway bed if required (additional charge).
5. The hotel Website (http://www.viewhotels.com.au/hp_hv.asp) has a Rates and Reservations link with many different accommodation packages including room only. The conference rate is not guaranteed to be the cheapest rate available.
