The Language of Kaizen
Abstract
John will talk about terminological challenges in the field of Kaizen (Just in Time, Total Quality Management and Total Productive Maintenance). The session should be interesting not just to those with experience in these fields but to anyone translating company reports and other literature where Kaizen terms sometimes pop up. It will be run interactively, with input from the audience welcomed. There will be a short translation exercise, and participants will receive a list of resources and a Kaizen glossary.
