Masako Shoji Essick

After graduating from Monterey Institute of International Studies in 2000, she worked as an in-house translator/interpreter at a Japanese auto manufacturer in the United States before returning to Japan. In 2002, she started freelance translation work in Japan. In the following year in 2003, she moved to the US and continued freelance translation. With the addition of interpretation services in 2007, she now works as a freelance translator/interpreter based in Troy, OH.
She formed J E LangService, a single-person LLC in 2011.
Her specialization includes manufacturing, automobile and process audit for interpretation, technical documents and contracts for translation.
