The IJET-25 Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that registration for the conference is now closed due to reaching full capacity. Please note that there is no waiting list.

Conference pricing is as follows:
JAT members: 30,000 JPY
Non-members: 35,000 JPY
Students: 23,000 JPY (Students are required to submit a photograph of their student ID when registering/present a valid student ID at the reception desk on the day. The student rate does not include the Networking Dinner on Saturday evening.)
Registration fees include conference registration and the Networking Dinner on Saturday evening (except students). Charges for the Zenyasai Pre-Event Party and Networking Bento Lunches on Saturday and Sunday are not included.
Registration is open until midnight on June 5 (JST) or earlier if sold out.
The special rate offered by the official IJET-25 hotel is valid until May 31st. Be sure to book early!
For a lower priced accommodation, the IJET-committee has made a group reservation at the Olympic Memorial Youth Center (NYC). If there are not enough registrants by March 20th, the number of reserved rooms has to be reduced. Please make a registration at your earliest convenience. To apply for rooms at NYC, you must register for IJET-25 first.
In consideration of the distance from the conference rooms to the restaurants, likely congestion at restaurants, and the Committee’s desire to encourage networking and create a friendly atmosphere amongst participants, we have arranged Networking Bento Lunches involving pre-ordered lunches on both conference days. Participants may also sign up for the Networking Bento Lunches at a later date (payment by bank transfer only). Please read here for more information.
Japanese-style boxed lunch (incl. green tea): 1,200 JPY
Western-style boxed lunch (incl. green tea): 1,200 JPY
With the exception of those taking advantage of the student discount, the conference fee includes the price of the Networking Dinner to be held on June 21, the first day of the conference. Attendees may also bring a guest along to the dinner if they wish. Each conference participant may bring one guest (aged 16+). Students must register separately if they wish to attend the Networking Dinner. Students and guests for the Networking Dinner can also be signed up at a later date (payment by bank transfer only).
Charge: 8,500 JPY
The Zenyasai will be held on Friday, June 20 at JEEKAHN’S in Shibuya.

Participant Name List in the Printed Conference Program
Rather than including a long list of names in the conference program, the Organizing Committee has decided to offer conference participants the opportunity to purchase Business Card Sized Ads. The ads will be printed in a program insert that will be distributed to all participants.
Business Card Sized Ads (Exclusive to IJET-25)
The Committee recognizes that it will be extremely difficult for all participants to exchange business cards. We hope the Business Card Sized Ads will help resolve this. Please read here for more information. Conference participants may also purchase Business Card Sized Ads at a later date (payment by bank transfer only).
IJET-25 Mailing List
Everyone who register for IJET-25 will automatically be subscribed to a mailing list set up for participants. Please use the list to exchange information with other participants (e.g. to announce a Saturday lunch for medical translators). You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
The following cancellation fees will apply:
For cancellations made on or before May 30: a refund will be issued equal to 90% of the amount paid, minus any fees incurred.
For cancellations made between May 31 and June 7: a refund will be issued equal to 75% of the amount paid, minus any fees incurred.
For cancellations made between June 8 and June 14: a refund will be issued equal to 60% of the amount paid, minus any fees incurred.
There will be no refund for cancellations made on or after June 15th.

Networking Bento Lunches/Networking Dinner Guests
Refunds of 75% of the amount paid, minus any fees incurred, will be issued for cancellations received by 5 pm on June 5 (JST). No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this time. This policy applies both to networking bento lunches and dinner guests registered for when you registered for IJET and those ordered separately afterwards (where the current policy is no refunds).
Business Card Sized Ads
No refunds will be issued for business card sized ads cancelled after 5 pm on May 31 (JST). Your ad will be printed and distributed to all IJET participants even if you cancel your registration after this date.
Receipts will not be issued for any IJET-25 related payments.
