Photo/Recording Consent Form

I authorize JAT to:

and make the images and recordings (as applicable) available to JAT members and/or the general public at JAT’s discretion on the Internet or by other means.

The online Conference Proceedings will be published shortly after the event. All presenters are invited to prepare papers for the Conference Proceedings. If you are satisfied with your abstract as it appeared in the online program and do not want a short paper (a maximum of 1,000 words or 2,000 characters) published as part of the proceedings, no action is needed. We will use your abstract as per the online program. If you want the proceedings to include a revised version of your abstract or a short paper based on your presentation (a maximum of 1,000 words or 2,000 characters), please send a copy directly to ijet@jat.org by 31 August 2019.

Notes:

  • Speakers who wish to attend Conference sessions other than their own presentation session must pay the full applicable registration fee.
  • An honorarium of A$240 will be paid for each session (not each presenter) of 60 or 90 minutes.
  • Email address will only be used for communication with the speakers. It will not appear in public web pages. The email address can be omitted for speakers who are not corresponding.
  • If you do not give your consent, your seminar will not be photographed or recorded, as applicable.
  • For panel discussions with more than one speaker, the seminar will not be photographed or recorded unless all speakers have given their consent.
  • Giving your consent for the above constitutes permission to JAT to use the content of your presentation or reference materials; it does not constitute a waiver of copyright of your materials in any way. JAT is under no obligation to make any particular content available, and may limit access to JAT members at its discretion.
