Kaori Myatt is a Managing Director of WORD CONNECTION SARL, managing multi-skilled and culturally diverse teams, and a Biarritz-based translator, localizer and creative writer, currently studying MA in Translation at University of Portsmouth, studied BA in French literature at Keio University. She has translated and localized many leading social media sites, books, apps and online resources. Also she has extensive experience in software QA. Presently, Kaori works as a consultant for various Social Media companies, including Tumblr as well as managing her own localization company. Now a project coordinator for large projects and a multilingual translation provider, Kaori is also mentoring other translators at the University of East Anglia. Originally from a small snowy village in Niigata, she has been enjoying a wonderful life in French Pays Basque.
