Marian Kinoshita

Born and reared in the U.S, Marian Kinoshita established MDK Translations, Inc. in May 2008 after several years in the semiconductor business and 12 subsequent years of freelance translating. She collaborates with several translators and editors to offer business, technical, and cultural translation for Japanese clients along with telephone interpreting and onsite assistance for overseas clients. Her favorite translation projects revolve around Japanese design, and she is especially partial to colorful tenugui towels. Marian is just finishing her last year as JAT president, and pledges to remain a faithful JAT fan forever!
