This hands-on seminar teaches a simple but powerful “personal business model” approach to career development that helps participants earn more money and increase satisfaction by reconceiving the jobs they do on behalf of clients. The program consists of a lecture, followed by small group practice wherein participants diagram their own personal business models, followed by presentations/discussion of the revised models.
