Paul first came to Japan in 1990 as a design engineer. After five years designing auto parts, he decided to focus on Japanese studies and soon wandered into translation. Starting as a technical translator, he went on to learn from some of the best financial and legal translators in the industry while working with agencies. Paul now oversees technical translation at TBSJ. He is also responsible for TM implementation and serves as product owner, ensuring smooth communication between those who develop PM systems and those who use them.
