Deposition Interpreting: Being Prepared
Mr. Cohen will discuss the discovery process and how it differs from cases brought in Japanese courts. He will also talk about how depositions fit into the process. He will review the differences between criminal depositions, expert depositions, and 5th amendment depositions. He will also talk about how translators and interpreters can be best prepared for depositions based on the type of deposition and type of case.
