Joanne Nolan

Joanne Nolan is the New York leader for Daiwa Securities’ global translation team.  Originally from Australia, Joanne started out in financial translation more than ten years ago at Mizuho Bank in Tokyo before joining Nikkei in New York. At Daiwa, Joanne translates equities reports across all sectors as well as strategy reports, and other research materials. She also oversees translations and trains new translators. Joanne graduated from the University of Queensland’s Masters of Arts in Japanese Interpreting and Translation in 2002.
