Teaching the Alexander Technique since 1997. A director of Alexander Alliance Japan, which has schools in Kyoto, Osaka, and Okayama that provide teacher training in the Alexander Technique. Teaches and has taught in many cities in Japan, Korea, Germany, America, and Canada.

One of my main interests is the relationship between the physical body and the mind and language. I have studied General Semantics and Seitai, founded by Haruchika Noguchi, and so on.
