Henry Smith

Henry Smith is Associate Professor of Medical English at the Joint Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Kagoshima University. Before that, he worked for a number of years as a biomedical translator and medical writer, both freelance and in house. As well as being active in JAT and our JATPHARMA special interest group, he is also the co-chair of the veterinary special interest group of the European Medical Writers Association. Before getting into the field of life sciences in Japan over 20 years ago, he worked in IT and is originally from the UK.
