幼少期からハリウッド映画に魅了され、高校卒業後はアメリカへ留学。帰国後、外資系小売企業に勤務しながら映像翻訳を学び、フリーランス翻訳者として独立。2008年にエンターテインメントに特化した翻訳会社を起業する。以来一貫してプレイングマネジャーとして少数精鋭のチームと共に、映画、テレビ、動画配信サービス、ゲーム、広告業界から翻訳依頼を受ける。起業当初、ボランティアで日本で映画を撮る外国人監督の手伝いをした経験が、ポストプロダクションよりもプリプロダクションに興味を持つきっかけとなり、現在は脚本翻訳に魅了されている。趣味は体を動かすこと。登山とスノーボードが好き。
