Frank is Chief Editor at Export Japan (export-japan.co.jp), a multilingual content production and marketing agency. He leads a team of editors, writers and translators on projects for Japanese government agencies, regional municipalities, and other organizations. He is also the producer of the oldest podcast about Japanese spirits, Sake on Air (sakeonair.com). Since 2018, he has been named a "Multilingual Specialist (senmon jinzai)" by the Japan Tourism Agency for his work on their signage project. He has advised various companies such as JR East, NEXCO, JNTO, and NCC Comware on international marketing and how to appeal to inbound tourists.
