Megumi Hirota

Panelist; English-to-Japanese Division winner, 22nd contest: Megumi(she/her) is a translator based in California, United States. After receiving a Master's degree in Asian Studies from the University
of California, Berkeley, she started translating children's books, literary fiction, and nonfiction. She is the recipient of the Excellence Prize at the 31st Itabashi International Picture Book Translation Grand Prix (English-to-Japanese).
