Are you planning on attending IJET-33 in Fukuoka on May 9 to 11, 2025? Here are some dates (subject to change) to keep in mind.
September to November 2024
- If you need lodging for IJET, DO NOT make reservations yet. The IJET committee has secured a discounted block of rooms at the Hilton (IJET-33 venue) and will open the block when early-bird registration opens in December.
- Watch the IJET website (https://ijet.jat.org/) and IJET social media channels for announcements about speakers, activities, the zenyasai, and all other things IJET.
- When scheduling your travel, remember that IJET will feature activities and presentations on Friday, May 9. You might want to arrive on Thursday evening, or even earlier if you want to sightsee.
- Be sure to tell your friends and colleagues about IJET.

December 2024
- Early-bird registration opens on December 9, 2024. The early-bird discount is 5000 yen. Non-JAT members can save another 5000 yen by joining JAT (https://jat.org/membership/signup) before they register for IJET-33.
- The IJET-33 room block at the Hilton also opens on December 9, 2024. The block size is limited. Reserve a room sooner rather than later through the Attendee Website (URL to be provided on registration) to make sure you get a room. Find a roommate or two to stay with you for even more savings.
February 2025
- Early-bird registration closes at 12:00 am JST on February 9, 2025 and full-price registration begins at 12:01 am JST on February 10, 2025.
April 2025
- Full-price registration closes on April 30, 2025. No registrations will be accepted after this date, PERIOD.
May 2025
- Friday activities and presentations (afternoon, possibly some in the morning) followed by the zenyasai (starting at 5:00 pm) on May 9, 2025. Details TBA.
- IJET-33 opening session and keynote speech on May 10, 2025 (morning) followed by buffet lunch (noon), breakout sessions (afternoon), the IJET-33 banquet (evening), and, weather permitting, fun on the beach (night).
- Breakout sessions all day followed by closing session on May 11, 2025. IJET-33 will end at 5:00 pm.
