We're pleased to be partnering with Melbourne-based Japanese-inspired food company Nosh to provide bento lunches for IJET-34. Bentos can be ordered in advance for the following events:
- Japarta film screening, Saturday 5 September: conference participants and film ticket holders
- IJET-34 networking lunch, Sunday 6 September: conference participants
Bento Options
There are three delicious bento options to choose from, each including a soft drink or bottled water.
Aburi Salmon Bento

Flame-seared Tasmanian salmon with karaage chicken bites, a 63º free-range egg and Japanese egg tartar. A generous bento with smoky aburi-style richness, savoury umami flavour and fresh, balanced sides. Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.
Karaage Chicken Bento

Crispy Japanese fried chicken with miso eggplant, a 63º free-range egg and Japanese egg tartar. Golden, crunchy and satisfying, with classic Nosh flavours. Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.
Miso Eggplant Vegan Bento (*contains cashew nuts)

Crispy miso eggplant with cashew satay tofu and miso beetroot falafels. A colourful plant-based bento full of umami, texture and savoury flavour. Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.

Price: A$25 per bento (includes a soft drink or bottled water)
Bentos must be ordered in advance from the IJET-34 registration page.
